About us
SmartTech Maintenance was built from hands on shopfloor experience. Having worked through all facets of internal transport systems, we developed an approach that is technically sound and aligned with the reality of food & beverage production environments.
Our experience covers the full lifecycle of internal transport systems from build and installation to commissioning complete layouts for multiple food & beverage multinationals worldwide.
Building on this technical foundation, we carried out longterm maintenance on internal transport systems and later took coordinating and leadership roles within maintenance organisations focusing on work preparation, planning control and connecting engineering, production and management.
We also actively contributed to improvement and optimisation programmes, including the shift from corrective to preventive maintenance, design reviews with maintainability in mind, and the development of structural modification proposals.
Our current focus is improving maintenance in the broadest sense. Through targeted analyses, SmartTech Maintenance helps organisations substantiate choices, design maintenance more effectively and future proof their maintenance strategy.
